1. Introduction

SquadraHub (“we”, “our”, “us”) is an independent companion app designed to help players find teammates, clans, and fair-play sessions for Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Bandai Namco or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. All game names, trademarks, and images belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SquadraHub.
• If you are under the age of majority in your country, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts & Security

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Not sharing your account with others.

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you should update your password and contact us as soon as possible.

4. Use of SquadraHub

You agree to use SquadraHub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Impersonate other players, clans, or staff members.
• Use SquadraHub to promote cheating, hacking, or exploits.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Post illegal, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.

5. Matchmaking, Clans & Sessions

SquadraHub provides tools to:

• Discover and match with compatible teammates.
• Join or create clans and manage membership.
• Organize fair-play sessions and track feedback.

While we try to provide relevant suggestions and fair systems, we cannot guarantee:

• A specific level of performance from other players.
• That all users will respect fair-play or behave as expected.
• Any increase in rank, progression, or in-game results.

6. Fair-Play & Code of Conduct

SquadraHub is centered around fair-play and respectful teamplay. You agree to:

• Communicate respectfully with other players.
• Avoid toxic behavior, insults, or discrimination.
• Provide honest and fair feedback after sessions.
• Respect the rules and terms of the underlying game (Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra) and its platform (PS5, PC, Switch, etc.).

We reserve the right to warn, restrict, or suspend accounts that repeatedly violate this code of conduct.

7. Third-Party Services & Content

SquadraHub may integrate or rely on third-party services (such as authentication, databases, analytics, or communication tools).

We do not control and are not responsible for:

• The content, policies, or availability of third-party services.
• Any damages or losses arising from third-party actions.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to SquadraHub, with or without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our code of conduct.
• We are required to do so by law or a legal request.
• We detect abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.

You may stop using SquadraHub at any time and may request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SquadraHub is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• All bugs or issues will be corrected immediately.
• The service will meet your expectations in terms of match quality or results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquadraHub and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data, accounts, or progress.
• Loss of opportunities, rewards, or in-game progression.
• Any disputes, conflicts, or issues between users.

In all cases, our total liability for any claim relating to the use of SquadraHub will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for access to the service in the 12 months preceding the incident.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or new features.

When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of SquadraHub after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
